Mission Statement

Pleasant Plains Christian School was founded as an outreach ministry of Pleasant Plains Baptist Church. The purpose of Pleasant Plains Christian School is to provide children with a firm foundation in gospel truth, a Christian education, and to minister to families of our community, especially those who are unchurched. Our mission statement is what we strive to filter everything we do through those purposes.

Vision Statement

Pleasant Plains Christian School is a Christ-centered school equipping students to be Christ-honoring critical thinkers, clear communicators, and compassionate leaders through the pursuit of academic excellence. Christ-focused in all that we do, we are dedicated to educating students for leadership and service in the church and the community. Rooted in Christ, grounded in faith, and growing to serve!

Statement of Beliefs

The Bible is the final authority for faith, practice, and standard of conduct.
Christ is our only way to salvation and to a personal relationship with God.
In a curriculum that honors and teaches Biblical precepts, values, and lessons.
In a protective, safe, and loving environment.
In equipping children with skills and values that will serve them all their lives.
All children can learn with the support of school, family, church, and community.
